The wall bed kit includes all the mounting hardware, the counterbalance mechanism, springs for the counterbalance mechanism, a full cut list, and instructions for making your own Wall Bed. You can take the cut list to any lumber yard where they'll cut the wood to the specifications on the sheet for you to put together as per the instructions included in the kit. This is the same hardware and counterbalance mechanism that's used in the Spacesaver bed. The spring counterbalance is adjustable for the type mattress you prefer and the weight of the bed whereas piston counterbalances are not. This kit does not include hardware for the side cabinets. Everything except the wood and mattress that you need for the full or queen size wall bed cabinet are in this kit. This kit is for a Murphy bed that contains a frame and lift mechanism for you to build a cabinet in which to house. It comes complete with instructions and a cut list for the size bed you want, single, full, queen or king. This frame mounts to the floor, yet floor savers are available for an additional $75. Two floor savers are necessary for the king size bed frame. Mattress and foundation are not included. The foundation which adds support for the mattress are are specially designed for murphy beds and are $135 extra for the single, full, and queen and $270 extra for the king. FREE SHIPPING
