All pre-manufactured cabinets including bed cabinets (wall beds, Murphy beds, Library beds, Hidden beds), side cabinets, top cabinets and wardrobe cabinets have a 10yr warranty against material defects and workmanship.
All cabinets manufactured on site (spacesaver beds and coordinating cabinets, Lift and Store beds, desks, entertainment center) carry a Limited lifetime warranty. If any machanism breaks from anything other than abuse or neglect, we'll replace the mechanism. A tramsportation fee may be charged depending on location and age of product.
If the product is subject to abuse, misuse or damage through accident or neglect, this warranty shall no longer apply.
During the first 5 years after purchase, the warrantor will make necessary repairs of the product, except covering material, without charge except transportation costs. After the first 5 years the warrantor will repair with a charge to the purchaser of 1/20th of the price of a like item at the time of adjustment, times the number of years owned, plus all transportation costs. Purchaser shall repay transportation to manufacturer's nearest plant.
If a defect appears, it should be immediately called to the attention of the warrantor's dealer from whom the product was purchased. Notify us immediately to make transportation arrangements. No returns will be accepted with out prior authorization.
The warrantor is not liable for conseqential damage occasioned by any breach of this warranty or guarantee, express ot implied, available to the purchaser.

On all products, refunds will be issued after we receive the products back in the original condition in which they were shipped. There is a 8% processing fee on all refunds. Allow 90 days for refunds.
