Perfect for the dorm, this is a convertable desk that can support up to 77 lbs of accessories on a stable work area of 76-1/2" X 27" that's 29" high, and converts into a bed that can support 440 lbs. Sleep in comfort on 79" X 35-1/2" X 7" mattress supported by steamed curved oak slats!
Clearance onder the bed when open, can accomodate a 17" TV and articles may remain on the desk when rotating to the bed mode. The floor area (footprint) is 84-1/4" X 42-1/8".
The routing pattern must be precise on both sides panels and must be done on a CNC router. Mechanism can be ordered with or without pro-routed side panels. routing specifications are available.
